One of the most important things that you might need in moving things to your new homes are the boxes. Do not make me to emphasize on this thing once more. Have some unused boxes till the end as they may be needed to carry the left outs of the things at the end. Also have unprinted newspapers to wrap up the cushion materials as the printed one may stain your things. Wardrobe boxes may be much useful in carrying large items as they are very tall. Do not dump things into such tall boxes as they may get loosen at any time of carriage. On moving day, pack the foot of the wardrobe boxes with some of the shopping gear, then add your hanging garments. Pack hanging items strongly so things won’t shift around and drop off of hangers. Finally, cover the shoulders of your clothes (a dry cleaning bag works well), then add a few purses or sweaters on top. You’ll have fewer boxes, and closet items remain together. Also, the shopping bags will make things easier to regain your stuff from the bottoms of a tall wardrobe box.
